This is a 4 week class held at 7pm EDT each week starting May 4th, 2021. Each class will be 1 hour long. It will be hosted on a Zoom platform and will be interactive.

In this class you will:

Find out the most important aspect of psoriasis that you may never have heard before
Discover how to decipher the clues from your personal history that may offer the key to finding relief
Come to understand how powerful the connections are between your emotional states and the state of your condition and how you can use that knowledge to reduce stress
Learn a breakthrough mind-body technique that can help you overcome the challenges of feeling like "I just can't" to implementing the lifestyle changes you know you want to make
Be able to apply successful strategies to find greater comfort in your skin no matter what it's current condition

And there will be a bonus 5th week Integration Day class where everyone will get to share their experiences and take-aways and share next steps.
