 I work with people that have psoriasis and other chronic skin conditions who are feeling discouraged, helpless, and alone to get clarity, focus and empowerment about their condition and their life.  .

I am a professionally trained and experienced Life Coach and EFT coach. I am an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner through EFT International (EFTi).   I offer deep listening, a non-judgmental space, and a safe environment for my clients.  

Having suffered many years myself from psoriasis, I know first hand how powerless it can feel.  I experienced the full range of emotions associated with a health challenge.  Taking all I've learned and applied on this journey I now help others on the same path.
